step 1: trace a well fited shoe or foot on card board then cut it out and make anouther one
step 2: then cover them in duck tape
step 3: make two nice long pices of duck tape then fold them both in half (hot dog style)
step 4: put the staps on the base of the shoe
step 5:then add fun decores
