i think this is the first ever duct tape mermaid tail ever...
first i cut card board to look like a fin and to fit my feet
then i made a pocket for my feet
after that u put ur feet in and cover ur ankles
u just keep doing that around ur legs but make sure u can take it on and off and cover the inside with tape too so ur legs dont stick... that would b bad...
