Step 1
You need to measure your waist and then make it 1/2 inch bigger than the waist then you cut out for more of the same color or differnt then you close by attaching duct tape the pipnh whats bigger and fold it over and then put tape there and you make a bow to put on top

I just made one today cause i was bored, but mines all purple duct tape and i put materiel on the inside to make it more comfy. :)
