Directions
Step 1
Make a size circle that will be the top and the main base of the hat. Depending on how big you make the circle will be how wide the hat will be. You can make an easy circle with X-ACTO knife.
Step 2
Make a strip of Duck tape that go around you circle. And put as many strip on top of that to make you Puppy chef hat even taller.
Step 3
now finally attach the circle and the strip with a piece of the same color duck tape as you used before. Stick it down then pop it on you dog. Make the hat even bigger then you can make a human chef hat. Sorry i made mine out of silver duck tape. . . I HAD NO WHITE!!!!! Lol :D
