Directions
Step 1
Cut boxes to desired size. Use one or multiple boxes, but make sure they can easily be attached to eachother
Step 10
Use gray Duck Tape around the bottom to look like a foundation.
Step 11
Make shutters with appropriately sized cardboard for shutters.
Step 12
Use a small cardboard box for a flowerbox and cover it with White Duck Tape.
Step 13
Step 2
Tape boxes to each other. You do not need to be perfect about this. You will end up taping over it. Make sure to cover each seam inside and out.
Step 3
Cut windows / doors where you want them.
Step 4
Use wrapping paper as wallpaper using a decoupage technique.
Step 5
Use Duck Tape for floors.
Step 6
Use Duck Tape in burgundy and brown to simulate a brick look.
Step 7
Use Duck Tape in silver coin on the roof to simulate a tin roof.
Step 8
Cover door with Duck Tape and use silver coin to look like a window (or simply cut out a window) I used black for the window pane.
Step 9
Trim inside and out with white to cover rough edges and make it look like crown molding and trim boards.

That looks so adoreable! I would never be able to make something like that! i also dont have enough duct tape... but i bet your child loves it!

What a fantastic idea! This playhouse looks so realistic, and much better than you could find in a toy store! The person who made this is a creative genius! Kudos! I can't wait to try this!

This is great! It's so cute! I bet your daughter loves this! I can't make anything like this, though! You're an awesome duct taper! Keep on Ducttaping.
