1. take 4 strips of duct tape about 8-10 inches long and make those pieces into a sheet
2. fold sheet in half and cut a strip that is 12-14 inches long
3. fold sheet that is 12-14 inches long in half and tape it to the sheet
4. you can customize your hanger!
5. YEAH you are DONE
