here is how to make these cool streamers-
1. first you have to get 6 duct tape colors
2. then you have to cut strips 20 in.
3. then you fold it hot dog style and trim edges
4. then you set them next to each other and tape them together
5.lastly, you make what ever fold style you want ( accordion, roll, etc.)
