1. You make 2 sheets of 12 in by 10 inches... two sided so its not sticky
2. you take the first sheet and make it a cylinder and tape it
3. take the other sheet and trace the circle part of the cylinder
4. cut that out but becareful u will need both parts
5. tape the circle on one of the sides of the cylinder
6. round the other piece of duct tape sheet and take it to the other side of the cylinder
7. take foam core and make a circle the size of the inside and tape that with foam core for support!
