I had fun making these when I was bored one day, my sisters and I had fun making a bunch and wearing them.

Directions
Step 1
Pick your favorite duct tape and favorite pipe cleaner.
Step 2
Cut a 9 inch piece of duct tape and then you fold the duct tape in half to make a rectangle. them pick 2 pipe cleaners for the cuffs.
Step 3
Get your hole puncher and put 4 holes, 2 on the top and 2 on the bottom.
Step 4
Then put the pipe cleaners in the holes and tie them to make a circles.
Step 5
Have fun cuffing your friends+family!!! lol
