1:Measure your wrist and cut a piece of duct tape that matches the measurement.2:Take the duct tape and fold the sticky sides together.3:Let's make a closing:Cut a small piece of duct tape and put it on 1 sode of the closing and the other side.Then,fold the bottom to the top and the top to the bottom.
