Directions
Step 1
Cut foam core to size. Leave about a 1/4 of an inch on each side.
Step 2
Cut tape strips on proper length. Make sure of leave space between the two pieces of foam. When I measured mine I put my Kindle between the two pieces of foam and a scrap piece of foam. This way I had enough room for the added tape to make sure the cover closed properly.
Step 3
Make sure you have the ends covered. Now cut strips to cover inside of cover. Cut ribbon or cording to desired length and tape in place on inside of front and back cover. Cut strip of tape and fold in half for the bottom holders. Play around with placement until you have the right place for the holder. For the top holder, cut a strip of tape or ribbon. If using tape fold in half. Place on your reader to get an idea of where it should be placed. Once you have your placement, tape to the inside of the back cover.

lovin' the googley eyes! It makes the Duct Tape come alive and cute!
