A 'pink' ring

STEPS!
1- cut out a 5 inch strip of duct tape.
2- cut it in half and spilt it up in to inches across
3- take one corner of the duct tape and fold it over
4-take the other corner and fold it over, do all with same methoud
5- attach one to you pen by taking the sticky part and folding it over. Do ALL
THEN DONE!

I know how to make the flower,but you didnt explain how you make ring finger strap,you explained how to attach to a pen.
