to make this flower pen i cut a couple long strips of duct tape around 12in.
for each color i would only use 2-4 of the 12in strips.Then i cut a straight line on the 2in mark of your ruler.
then fold part of a corner into the middle the fold another corner but half way overlapping the middle.then after you make all the petals you stick them on the pen . MAKE SURE YOUR PETALS ARE ALL LEVELED
