Directions
Step 1
lay a piece of paper flat on a table or hard surface and gather your materials
Step 2
draw out the flag on the paper. you may need a ruler
Step 3
lay the right colors of tape where they need to be. if you dont want to have to do the same thing to the back, you can just cover it in one color .
Step 4
attatch the flag to the chopsticks.you may need more depending on how big the flag is.
Step 5
now all you have to do is draw on the stars and enjoy!!!!
