Duct Tape Holiday Bookmark!

I did this as a gift to my friends for Valentine's Day but here, I did it for St. Patrick's Day.

1. Cut a strip of cardboard; it could be off a cereal box. This piece of cardboard will be as big as you want.
2. Take 2 different colors of duct tape. I chose green & white for St. Patrick's Day. The colors can be red & white for Valentine's Day, orange & green for Halloween, etc.
3.Take a color (I chose white) and cover the cardboard entirely with that color.
4.Take your other color (I chose green) and rip or cut off a piece that can be as big as you want. Then, rip that strip in half. Wrap one of the halves around the covered cardboard. Keep doing this until you are finished. The bookmark should look like it is striped.
5.Get some string and tape it to an end of the bookmark. Then make a design that goes along with your holiday (I chose a shamrock), cut it out of cardboard, and cover it with tape. Tape it onto the end of the string. Now you have a Duct Tape Holiday Bookmark!
