Directions
Step 1
Get all of the things you need
Step 2
Measure duct tape to folder and cut or tear
Step 3
Apply duct tape. Do it all over the outside. On the inside, i did the same as the outside but i tore it in half. on the front is all patterned and the inside is rainbow. but the flaps are patterned. and the back is colored.
Step 4
Outline the edges any you want. i used leopard. Add your name or something on the front with sharpie marker. Add glitter or sparkles or anything else. Then your done! :)
