I made this wallet with the polka dot, and rock duct tape. i bought both at walmart :)

Directions
Step 1
1.) pick out a color/s
2.) then lay out four strips of the choosen color/colors ( 16 inches, or so)
3.) put a layer over the layer that you have already made
4.) Then fold either vertically or horizantily
5.) After you do that then tape both sides with a 3 inch piece of duct tape
6.) then fold over
Optinal
add a bow
1.) get two pieces of duct tape, then put one of the pieces over the other, and put a little piece of tape in the middle

That's actually REALLY cute!!! I wouldn't think that those prints would go together but oddly enough they do!!!
