It might seem like a simple task, but wrapping your valuables properly can help make sure what matters most is safer while on the move. Here are a few tips to getting the most protection for your valuables.

Find the right size

One size doesn’t always fit all. Choosing the right bubble size or type can help make sure your items get to wherever they’re going in one piece. Original works for smaller to medium sized items, while large bubbles help with heavier or larger belongings that need a little extra cushioning.

Which side goes where?

Bubble Wrap® cushioning has a smooth side and the side with the air bubble. So which side to you wrap your product with? The smooth side should touch the item you are wrapping and the bubble on the outside. This will protect the item while the bubbles fill the empty space in the box.

Tape it up

Attaching tape only along the open edge can leave objects vulnerable to slipping out the top or bottom. Make sure to tape all sides of your wrapped item. If you want to skip this step, self-cling Bubble Wrap® cushioning makes the job quick and easy without the extra supplies.

Label the outside

If you’re wrapping multiple layers around an object, it might be hard to figure out what’s inside when you’re unpacking. Labeling the outside also makes the process easier and quicker.

Unwrap and save

Have a pair of scissors on hand when unwrapping to make the process go faster and cleaner. And. as much fun as popping the bubbles can be, save your bubble wrap for future shipments or storage.
