How-To: Duck Tape® Scalloped Wristlet

Disclaimer - If the listed tape type is not available, there's no need to worry. All of our crafts can be adjusted to use whatever tape you have on hand!
Make a piece of Duck Tape® fabric that is double the size you want for your wristlet. This fabric is 6 in. wide and 7.5 in. long.
Fold your fabric in half and crease the edge.
Make a 6 in. long and 2 in wide double sided strip of tape, leaving a narrow strip of sticky side showing at the top.
Draw your scallop design along the bottom edge of your strip.
Cut out your design.
Attach your first scallop design to the back of your fabric from step 2 with a strip of Duck Tape®. This will create your flap.
Make a 6 in. long and 1.5 in. wide double sided strip of tape, leaving a narrow strip of sticky side showing at the top.
Make the same scallop design that you did in step 4. Attach the sticky strip to the edge of your wristlet.
Make a 6 in. long and 1 in. wide double sided strip of tape, leaving a narrow strip of sticky side showing at the top.
Make the same scallop design that you did in step 4 and 8. Attach the sticky strip to the edge of your wristlet.
Secure the sides of your wristlet with strips of tape to make your pocket.
Make a thin double sided strip of tape. The size depends on how long you want it to be.
Form a loop with your double sided strip of tape and attach it to the side of your wristlet.
Attach hook and loop fastener to the flap of your wristlet.
