In Sunnyvale, CA, educators and kids are working together with the help of Duck Tape to solve the world’s problems. At least, that’s the idea behind Galileo Innovation Camps for Kids hands-on workshops “that encourage designing, creating, evaluating and redesigning.” Kids become master inventors, using tools like 3D printing and YouTube production to create individual masterpieces.
Duck Tape stands by as a resource to help these new inventors create accessible, workable and affordable prototypes of their creations. These camp experiences encourage kids to think differently and encourage the development of problem-solving skills that they’ll use as they venture out into the world, improving it along the way.
