Step 1

CREATE A TEAR DROP SHAPE WITH NEWSPAPER AND COVER IT WITH DUCK TAPE. THEN MAKE THE FINS AND TAIL USING DUCK TAPE TRIANGLES, RECTANGLES OR LONG PIECES. ADD EYES,MOUTH AND DECORATE THE FISH WITH INTERESTING SCALES.
